This afternoon Randy, Taite and I took a little trip over to Huntington to pick up coal. The ride was so beautiful with all that beautiful white stuff on the side of the road. I remember when Randy worked over at the Huntington Power plant...I hated him driving on SR31 to get to work...especially during the winter. When he was an hour late getting home from work, by the time he finally got home I had his funeral all planned out. I know that sounds dumb but that road is DANGEROUS during a snow storm!
On our way home we stopped by the side of the road to take some pictures next to the snow banks. We are talking HUGE!!! Keep in mind that Randy is 6'5"!! Taite looks a little chilly in the first picture, but he's all smiles in picture #2.
While Kenzie and TaNeal were busy winning division champs at the Expo center in Sandy- Wayne, Wyatt and Taite were busy at Jakes Archery in Provo doing the "Jakes Vegas Warm-up". Wyatt will be participating in the National Archery Tournament that will be held next month in Las Vegas. If you can zoom in you will notice Wyatt has a score of 290...a perfect score is 300! I understand that he made some grown men cry when they saw his score. Keep up the good work "Jeb" and kick some major booty next month in Vegas.
Our North Sanpete Cheerleading squad took division champs at the competition held at the Sandy Expo Center. My beautiful granddaughter Kenzie...who happens to be the cutest girl on the squad...was part of the team effort (she is the 4th girl in from the right side on the front row). I am so proud of her!! How to go Lou...and nationals...here we come!
I am so glad I got Bea hooked on a dentist here in Sanpete! It means that whenever she has a dentist appointment, we get to spend time with her family. Sadly, Ian chose not to come this time, but we really enjoyed our time with Brandi, Damon and Jonas. Damon even came to church with us and ranked it as #3 on his list of favorite things to do when they visit us (He says he wants to come again as long as there is plenty of Bilar and crayons and paper). #1 on his list is driving the truck for Grandpa when he feeds the cows...I never did find out what #2 was.
Sorry to say this is the most current family picture that has every member of our family...but we will change that soon. This blog is dedicated to all the time we spend together as a family. We love spending time with our children and our grandchildren and want to share those adventures with family and friends...so let the adventure begin!
