It's hard to believe it's time to begin planting our garden. I just want to cry in the fall when Randy tills it all up. We LOVE our garden! Not only because of all the yummy things we are able to grow, but for the time we get to spend as a family preparing and planting it. TaNeal and Wayne and their family came over to help get things started. Randy has always loved having a garden. I think it is a fond memory of time spent with his mother while he was growing up. And he is very good at it! Me on the other hand, I never learned how to plant and take care of a garden. My grandpa Vern would grow an awesome garden every summer and then share the produce with our family. So I have a deal with Randy...if he will grow the garden, I will bottle it. With a little help from TaNeal, it seems to be working out.

Do you remember planting the garden when you were little. Maybe you can bring Damon and Jonas down when it's time to plant the tomatoes and beans :-)
